First, the extracted materials from the mines are transported by the company to the factory and the materials are transferred from the depot to the first part of the production line by a conveyor. After grinding, the materials are cut by qubit mills with different granulation outputs from 0 to 20 mm and transferred to the material preparation hall.

In this hall, the material enters the rotary kilns. After this stage, the chamottes are granulated by blade mills according to the type of product and enter the mixers to be added the required glue (minerals with high plasticity, which is previously mechanized in the form of mesh), where after combining the required elements, its moisture is sufficient and after mixing, it is homogenized and directed to the material storage silo.

The material is guided through several sliding feeders from the silos to the next stage, molding and pressing. In this part, the materials are injected into hydraulic presses using automatic conveyors with different capacities and at a pressure of between 400 and 1600 tons, are molded and pressed and after the pressing operation, which is done completely automatically, the bricks are collected and molded by the conveyors, their excess edges trimmed, in arranged batches, and collected by intelligent robots and assembled in kiln wagons as planned.

After the assembly stage, the wagons enter the baking unit and the furnaces by means of hydraulic rails and are placed in their place inside the furnaces. After drying, the bricks completely lose their moisture and the baking operation begins. Baking time is between 72 to 170 hours and different temperatures between 1200 to 1500 degrees Celsius (time and amount of heat depends on the type of material and application of the final product). After turning off the oven and after a few hours, bricks get cooled by cooling fans and the brick wagon is led out of the kilns and enters the packaging and quality control. In this part, the bricks, depending on their color, after the approval of the quality control unit, are separated and packaged and transferred to the product warehouse and are ready to be presented to the market.
